This is great news, even if it's for sentimental reasons for yours truly. This physical building was where I began to appreciate microbrews in the mid-1990s. After I earned my M.B.A. there (Master of Beer Appreciation), I haven't looked back and thank my lucky stars that Goose Island rescued me (and countless others) from the utterly generic beer that BudMillerCoors has foisted on the American populace for far too long.
