Ah, we're talking pure enjoyment here....speaking as someone who has generated such delights with that most magical of animals. And even a small grandson is pleased.....

So how did the slab o' flesh turn out? Did it wind up being succulent or did Dad have one too many Newport Storm IPAs and forgot about the meat until it was a charred hunk? It sure looked tantalizing at Step 1 of the cooking phase.
